What to Expect
Whether you've attended church your entire life or never been at all, we know it’s not easy visiting a church for the first time. You’re not quite sure what to expect and you probably have a lot of questions. We at FFBC want to give you the best experience possible. We want you to feel at home here. There is a place for everyone in your family and worship options that fit your preference. Our doors are always open to people of all groups and backgrounds.
Here’s some information that should help:
• When are services?
• What should I wear?
• How do I get there?
• What happens when I arrive?
• What's service like?
• What about my kids?
• Any other questions?
When are services?
We have two services every Sunday at 8:45am and 11:15am. Each service lasts 75 minutes.
What should I wear?
We welcome jeans, t-shirts, ties, tuxedos…you get the idea. Come as you are.
How do I get there?
What happens when I arrive?
As you enter FFBC you will see our friendly greeters that will hand you a worship guide and point you in the right direction. While you wait for service to begin, feel free to enjoy the coffee, read about upcoming events on the screen, and complete as much information as you feel comfortable sharing on the guest tear off in your worship guide. (which we’ll collect during the service)
What’s service like?
Sunday 8:45am service is traditional with a blend of hymns and southern gospel music. 11:15am service is modern and has a band and praise team leading worship. The same message is presented at all our services.
What about my kids?
We love families and there is something for every member of your family here at FFBC. We want your kids to have the best hour of their week when they are here.
Any other questions?
